Non-Negotiable:
• 7+ years (senior/lead profile) of SAP Master Data Management experience with significant experience in complex SAP environments.
• Must have SAP Governance experience
• Strong autonomy, leadership and ability to challenge and advise the client
• Proven hands-on experience in automation, industrialization and optimization of Master Data processes
• Strong understanding of business requirements, with the ability to go beyond a purely technical SAP approach
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, and data-related challenges associated with transformation and migration projects

Position Description

We are looking for a Senior Master Data Leader to lead master data management activities within an SAP environment, with a strong focus on transformation, automation and industrialization, particularly in preparation for the client's upcoming migration to SAP S/4HANA.

We are looking for a senior, autonomous and business-oriented profile, capable of securing current Master Data activities, but above all of challenging existing practices and proposing concrete solutions to simplify, automate and improve the reliability of processes.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Lead the creation, modification and validation of master data in SAP, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Identify and implement automation and industrialization opportunities across Master Data processes to reduce manual activities and improve efficiency.
• Challenge existing processes and proactively propose solutions for their simplification, standardization and optimization.
• Define and continuously improve Master Data governance rules, controls and workflows.
• Anticipate the impacts and opportunities related to the future S/4HANA migration and contribute to defining and preparing the associated Master Data roadmap.
• Bring a strong business and cross functional perspective to ensure data management is aligned with operational needs.
• Act as the interface between business teams and SAP/IT teams.
• Lead and support the Master Data team of 2 consultants based in the Philippines, effectively structuring their activities and helping them become increasingly autonomous.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of SAP MDG / Master Data Management experience
• Strong knowledge of data quality, governance, controls, and workflows
• Experience managing Master Data teams and projects
• Strong business, IT, and SAP stakeholder management
• Excellent business and technical communication skills
• Proven proactivity, leadership, and client advisory capability
• Experience in process improvement, automation, and industrialization
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation
• Strong business acumen and continuous improvement mindset Other Skills & Competencies:
• Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and simplify Master Data processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Leadership & Ownership: Act as the main Master Data SPOC, manage team activities, and drive topics end to end with strong accountability and autonomy.
• S/4HANA & Business Readiness: Anticipate Master Data impacts related to S/4HANA and ensure solutions remain aligned with business and operational objectives.
• Risk & Delivery Management: Proactively manage priorities, deadlines, dependencies, risks, and blockers to support timely and effective delivery.
• Communication & Collaboration: Communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders and work effectively across global, cross functional, and matrixed teams.
• Data Quality & Documentation: Maintain strong focus on data accuracy and consistency while ensuring processes, procedures, and knowledge are properly documented.
• Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and remain open to learning new tools, systems, and methodologies.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 1x a week in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule.

Required Profile:

• Senior / Lead profile with significant Master Data experience in complex SAP environments.
• Strong autonomy, leadership and ability to challenge and advise the client.
• Proven hands on experience in automation, industrialization and optimization of Master Data processes.
• Strong understanding of business requirements, with the ability to go beyond a purely technical SAP approach.
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, and Data related challenges associated with transformation and migration projects.
• Experience in leading and coordinating teams, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong expertise in data quality, governance and security.
• English: Fluent
