Location: Parañaque City (Hybrid – 3 days onsite at Zuellig Office)
Work Schedule: Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for an experienced SAP OTC Consultant – Lead to join a growing team supporting enterprise SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Transportation Management (TM) solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) expertise, end-to-end implementation experience, and a passion for delivering business-focused SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business requirements gathering, solution design, and SAP SD/TM configuration.
Support and enhance SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Transportation Management processes.
Configure SAP SD/TM modules and prepare functional specifications.
Collaborate with business users, ABAP developers, and cross-functional teams.
Manage testing activities, including UAT and integration testing.
Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve service requests.
Drive continuous process improvements and system enhancements.
Conduct end-user training and maintain project documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5–10 years of hands-on SAP SD/Order-to-Cash (OTC) experience.
Strong expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and SAP LE-Transportation or SAP Transportation Management (TM).
Experience with:
- Sales Order Management
- Delivery Processing
- Billing & Pricing
- Output Determination
- ATP
- Returns Processing
- Shipment Costing
- SAP TM Master Data
- IDOCs, BAPIs, LSMW
- SAP Fiori
Experience completing at least two full-cycle SAP implementations or rollouts.
Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SAP Vistex, FSCM, ABAP debugging, Agile, or SAP integrations is an advantage.
