We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC Consultant (Lead) to join our growing SAP team.

Location:• Parañaque City

Work Setup:
• Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / Week)

Shift:
• Mid Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Salary:

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Consultant (Lead) to lead SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Transportation Management (TM) initiatives. The role involves solution design, system configuration, business process optimization, application support, project implementation, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement across SAP Order-to-Cash operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business requirements gathering and solution design for SAP SD & TM.
Configure and support SAP SD/TM modules and related business processes.
Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and user manuals.
Coordinate system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
Drive SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and integration projects.
Collaborate with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and validation documents.
Ensure timely completion of projects following change management and governance processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5–10 years of relevant SAP OTC experience.
Strong experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Transportation Management (TM).
Hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash processes, delivery, billing, pricing, transportation, and master data management.
Experience with SAP integrations, IDOC, BAPI, FIORI Apps, and Functional Specifications (RICEFW).
Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations or rollouts.
Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SAP Vistex, FSCM, Agile methodology, or ABAP is an advantage.
