Work Setup: Hybrid – Manila (Taguig, Mandaluyong, Muntinlupa, or Quezon City)
Work Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to provide functional and business support for SAP implementations, ECC migrations, and conversions from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SAP Finance modules, particularly ECC-to-S/4HANA conversions.
- Assess existing business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Develop functional and technical specifications for SAP S/4HANA conversion.
- Perform system configuration and support implementation activities.
- Lead testing activities and resolve system defects.
- Facilitate workshops, training, and stakeholder discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as an SAP ERP Finance Functional Consultant.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Knowledge of SAP module integration, particularly FI and CO.
- Experience in technology consulting and facilitating workshops or training.
- ECC practitioners are welcome (S/4HANA upskilling training will be provided).
- Willing to travel for possible onshore assignments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- Must currently reside in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the country.
