SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Consultant

Location: Onsite in Cebu City, Philippines

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule (depends on project assignment)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain / Logistics Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be part of an expert team responsible for creating detailed blueprints for development requirements in SAP S/4HANA and providing business and functional support across key SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

Provide business and functional support on SAP modules, particularly for conversions from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA.
Assess impacts and gaps in current business processes/configurations versus SAP S/4HANA, providing recommendations and alternative solutions for delta design.
Deliver functional and technical specifications for delta designs and tools supporting S/4HANA conversions.
Execute necessary system configurations to enable smooth S/4HANA transitions.
Lead testing activities and defect resolution during conversion projects.
Drive workshops and training sessions with clients (may involve potential international travel for onshore responsibilities).

Key Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s / College Degree required.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of functional consulting experience in SAP ERP (Logistics / Supply Chain).
Module Expertise: Hands-on experience or deep understanding of integration dependencies across key modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, TM).
Adaptability: ECC practitioners are welcome to apply; upskilling training will be provided for S/4HANA readiness.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; strong ability to collaborate in team environments and work independently under pressure.
Mobility & Eligibility: Willingness to travel internationally for client workshops if needed. Must currently reside in and have the right to work in the Philippines.
Stability: Strong track record of employment stability.
