Lead SAP SD Excellence in a Global Enterprise Environment

Are you a seasoned SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) professional with 10+ years of experience and a strong background in ECC and SAP S/4HANA?

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Lead Consultant to provide functional leadership, client-facing support, solution enhancement, and process optimization within a complex enterprise SAP environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP professional who can combine deep SD expertise, project coordination, team leadership, and strong stakeholder management to deliver stable and continuously improving Order-to-Cash solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the functional lead for the SAP SD landscape, ensuring system stability and high-quality day-to-day support.

- Manage and resolve complex incidents, service requests, and enhancement requirements.

- Analyze and troubleshoot issues across Sales, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution.

- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation opportunities across Order-to-Cash (OTC).

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including FI/CO, MM, PS, WMS, and technical teams.

- Support period-end and quarter-end activities to ensure accurate and timely OTC processing.

- Lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.

- Prepare functional specifications, impact assessments, test scripts, and supporting documentation.

- Provide workload estimates for new requests, enhancements, and projects.

- Coordinate project activities and communication across multiple teams.

- Lead, mentor, and manage support resources to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and functional advisory support.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

- 10+ years of SAP experience, with a strong specialization in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).

- More than 10 years of SAP SD experience with exposure to:

- SAP ECC

- SAP S/4HANA

- WMS interfaces

- E-commerce processes

- Retail processes

- New shop/subsidiary implementations

- Strong understanding of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, and Billing.

- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

- Strong integration experience with SAP FICO, MM, and other SAP modules.

- Proven experience leading or managing a team/workstream.

- Strong project management and coordination skills.

- Ability to independently lead workstreams in a client-facing environment.

- Comfortable leading workshops and preparing functional specifications.

- Ability to provide accurate workload estimates for new requests and projects.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Direct client-facing experience.

- Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.

- Willingness to work onsite once a week in McKinley, Taguig.

- Amenable to a mid-shift schedule.
