Job Title: SAP Sales and Distribution Lead Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Lead Consultant to provide functional support, continuous improvement, and solution stability across a complex global SAP environment. The role requires strong expertise in SAP SD across both ECC and SAP S/4HANA, with extensive experience in Order-to-Cash, Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution.
The successful candidate will act as the primary functional lead for the SAP SD landscape, manage support and enhancement activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and lead a team to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary functional lead for the client's SAP SD landscape, ensuring system stability and effective day-to-day support.
Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancement requirements.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex SAP SD issues across Sales, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution.
Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation opportunities within the Order-to-Cash process.
Coordinate with FI/CO, MM, PS, WMS, and technical teams for integrated end-to-end solutions.
Support period-end and quarter-end closing activities related to Order-to-Cash processes.
Prepare functional specifications, impact assessments, functional documentation, and test scripts.
Lead workshops and provide workload estimations for new requests and projects.
Lead and mentor team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Maintain effective client relationships through proactive communication and functional advisory support.
Coordinate project activities, tasks, and communication across multiple teams.
Support SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, WMS interfaces, e-commerce processes, and retail processes, including new shop/subsidiary openings.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of SAP experience, with strong specialization in SAP Sales and Distribution.
10+ years of SAP SD experience.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
Experience with WMS interfaces, e-commerce processes, and retail processes.
Deep knowledge of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution.
Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
Strong integration knowledge with SAP FICO, MM, PS, WMS, and other relevant modules.
Proven experience in leading or managing teams.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Experience leading workshops and preparing functional specifications.
Ability to provide workload estimates for new requests and projects.
Proven ability to independently lead workstreams in a client-facing environment.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.
Willingness to work onsite once a week in McKinley, Taguig, on a mid-shift schedule.
