Job title: SAP Sales and Distribution / Senior Consultant

‎Work set up: Hybrid (Onsite every Monday & Tuesday) - Makati (Chevron Office) Remaining days work from home

‎Work shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

‎Salary: 125,000 to 127,300

‎Start date: ASAP

‎Qualifications:

‎• College Graduate

‎• 10–15 years of experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA with a strong focus on Sales & Distribution (SD)."

‎• Proven experience in SAP application support, maintenance, and implementation projects.

‎• Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration and business process design.

‎• Hands-on experience with (Order-to-Cash (O2C)) processes.

‎• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

‎• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

‎• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering business value and operational excellence.

‎• Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working effectively in a collaborative team environment.

‎• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and results orientation.

‎• Demonstrated critical-thinking and decision-making skills.

‎• Continuous learning mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements.

‎• Knowledge of (ABAP Debugging) and code analysis.

‎• Experience with (SAP Security) concepts and authorization management.

‎• Exposure to (SAP Integration) technologies and interface management.

‎• Familiarity with automation tools and CI/CD practices.

‎• SAP SD Certification is an advantage.

‎• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects is highly desirable.

‎• Demonstrated leadership experience in SAP support and implementation environments.

‎• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams.

‎Responsibilities:

‎• Provide application support, troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of production issues within the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) domain.

‎• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.

‎• Analyze system capabilities and recommend efficient, scalable, and sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives.

‎• Configure SAP SD modules and related business processes to support operational and project requirements.

‎• Partner with development teams to design, build, test, and deploy custom enhancements and complex business solutions.

‎• Participate in solution design reviews and contribute to system optimization initiatives.

‎• Develop and expand technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

‎o   ABAP Debugging and Code Analysis

‎o   Low-Code Development

‎o   SAP Security

‎o   Automation

‎o   Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)

‎• Plan, execute, and support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.

‎• Manage solution deployment processes and provide post-go-live support.

‎• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions as required.

‎•   Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development within the team.

‎•   Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, stability, and user experience.
