Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite every Monday & Tuesday – Makati, Chevron Office | Work From Home on remaining days)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) Senior Consultant to support and enhance enterprise SAP solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA, strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, and a passion for delivering high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide application support, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues within the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) domain.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Configure SAP SD modules and optimise business processes to meet operational and project needs.
Partner with development teams to design, build, test, and deploy custom enhancements.
Participate in solution design reviews and system optimisation initiatives.
Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Manage solution deployments and provide post-go-live support.
Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the team.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, stability, and user experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
10–15 years of experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
Proven experience in SAP application support, maintenance, and implementation projects.
Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration and business process design.
Hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering business value and operational excellence.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Continuous learner who can adapt to evolving technologies and business requirements.
Stable employment history (not a job hopper).
