Hiring – Security Managed Services Practitioner | Security Penetration Testing Operations

Location: Manila, Philippines

About the Role

We are looking for a Security Managed Services Practitioner with hands-on experience in Security Penetration Testing Operations. The role involves delivering and managing security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience.

The successful candidate will monitor security postures, identify vulnerabilities, support incident response, and work with stakeholders to strengthen security controls and continuously improve security operations.

Key Responsibilities

Independently perform security-related activities and act as a subject-matter expert.
Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to security-related challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols and address emerging threats.
Assist in developing and refining security policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
Monitor security systems and tools to identify vulnerabilities.
Analyze security findings and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Conduct and support penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
Document security assessments and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Communicate security risks and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ensure security activities align with applicable compliance requirements and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Security Penetration Testing Operations.
Expert proficiency in Security Penetration Testing Operations.
Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment methodologies and penetration testing frameworks.
Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies used to identify and exploit system weaknesses.
Ability to analyze security findings and communicate risks effectively.
Familiarity with information security compliance requirements and best practices.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
