Are you an experienced cybersecurity professional with strong expertise in Security Penetration Testing Operations?

We are looking for a Security Managed Services Practitioner who can independently manage security activities, identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and help organizations strengthen their security posture.

This is an excellent opportunity for a cybersecurity professional who wants to work on security assessments, vulnerability management, penetration testing, compliance, and security operations while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver and manage security services across client environments to support protection, compliance, and operational resilience.

- Independently perform security-related activities and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) when required.

- Conduct and support penetration testing and vulnerability assessment activities.

- Monitor security systems and tools to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and potential security weaknesses.

- Analyze security findings and recommend appropriate mitigation and remediation strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security controls and address emerging threats.

- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute practical solutions to security-related challenges.

- Assist in developing, reviewing, and improving security policies, procedures, and controls.

- Ensure security activities align with applicable industry standards, compliance requirements, and information-security best practices.

- Prepare clear and detailed security assessment reports and documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Communicate identified risks, vulnerabilities, and recommended actions effectively to stakeholders.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to enhance the organization's overall security posture.

What We're Looking For

Required Technical Expertise

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Security Penetration Testing Operations.

- Expert-level proficiency in Security Penetration Testing Operations.

- Strong understanding of vulnerability assessment methodologies and penetration testing frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies used to identify and exploit system vulnerabilities.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess security findings and determine business and technical risks.

- Ability to communicate complex security risks effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Familiarity with information-security compliance requirements, standards, and best practices.

- Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.

- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
