GAMING & ENTERTAINMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCOUNT

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist customers with account-related concerns, login and password issues, basic technical troubleshooting, subscription and billing inquiries, in-game purchases, and general service-related concerns. Your goal is to provide timely, accurate, and customer-focused support to ensure an outstanding gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
• Assist with account recovery, password resets, and profile management.
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting for gaming platforms and services.
• Resolve billing, subscription, and in-game purchase concerns.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and procedures.

Location: Manila (Onsite)
Salary: Up to PHP 28,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
