SailPoint Engineer – Associate Manager (Identity Security)

Location: Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid
Shift: Shifting
Salary: PHP 100,000–200,000

About the Role

We are looking for experienced SailPoint / Identity Security professionals to lead enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives. The role involves designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting SailPoint solutions while leading technical teams and driving identity security improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and enhance SailPoint-based IGA solutions.
Lead, mentor, and support team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and security teams.
Drive technical decisions and team performance.
Manage identity lifecycle, access governance, provisioning, and role management.
Assess identity-related risks and recommend security improvements.
Support identity and access security incident resolution.
Develop and maintain security documentation, standards, and procedures.
Promote identity security best practices through training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on SailPoint experience in enterprise environments.
Strong experience with:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Access Certification and Access Reviews
- Provisioning and Deprovisioning
- Role and Entitlement Management
- Identity Lifecycle Management
Experience with large-scale SailPoint implementations, enhancements, integrations, or transformation projects.
Ability to configure, customize, troubleshoot, and optimize SailPoint solutions.
Strong understanding of identity governance, security controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Experience leading teams and mentoring IAM professionals is preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule with a hybrid setup in Cubao.
Must currently be in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
