We have ongoing hiring for Multilingual Support - Bahasa (Indonesia) Speaker for our BPO Partner in Quezon City.

Job Title: Multilingual Language - BAHASA (Indonesia)
Work set-up: Onsite in Quezon City
Work schedule: Shifting/ Night shift
Salary: 38,239.33 to 60,946.00 (Salary remains negotiable)
20,000 Sign-on Bonus + Incentives
Availability: ASAP

Job Qualifications:

Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
Speak fluently and spontaneously in the Bahasa language
Use the language effectively in a professional environment
Understand complex and extended conversations including implied meanings
Working knowledge of English is needed; training and client systems are in English
The primary language for customer interaction remains the languages specified in the table
Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required
Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (02C) process is highly preferred but not required
Candidate must be able to work on PH and with a valid working VISA

Language Skills:

Fluent in Bahasa
Proficiency in English

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, chat, email, or other support channels.
Provide customer support in English and Bahasa Language
Assist customers with account-related inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.
Communicate information clearly, accurately, and professionally across different cultures and customer backgrounds.
Document customer interactions accurately using company systems and tools.
Meet quality, productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction goals.
Build trust and customer loyalty through exceptional service and problem-solving
Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.
