About the Team

The Consumer Engineering (CE) team is building AI-driven consumer experiences that simplify healthcare and make it more personalized. As a Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML systems that directly impact millions of users.

Key Challenges

Simplifying Healthcare Complexity through AI/ML systems.

Building Scalable AI Systems for production.

Driving Rapid Innovation with new AI advancements (LLMs).

Cross-Functional Integration with product, design, and engineering.

What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end AI lifecycle: design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ML models.

Build LLM-based applications and scalable AI systems.

Architect and manage cloud infrastructure for AI solutions (IaC principles).

Design reusable AI/ML platforms & frameworks to accelerate innovation.

Mentor junior engineers and lead technical best practices.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve system reliability.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years software engineering with focus on AI/ML.

Strong AI/ML expertise: concepts, models, algorithms.

Hands-on with Python / Node.js / Java / Go.

Strong with cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD, APIs, SQL/NoSQL.

Domain knowledge in NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendations, Anomaly Detection.

Experience deploying LLM applications in production.

Strong problem-solving, adaptability, ownership, and curiosity.

Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.

Built large-scale consumer-facing applications.

Contributions to open-source projects or notable side projects.
