Job Title: Senior Analytics Data Build and Visualization Developer

Work Location: Mandaluyong

Shift: Day shift (8am – 5pm)

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x reporting on site per week)

Salary Range: ₱100,000

About the Role

The Analytics Data Build and Visualization Developer will be responsible for delivering the right analytics products, to the right stakeholders, at the right time to add value in executing the right decisions for safeguards management. He/She is expected to design, develop, test and deploy end-to-end analytics products using the Power Platform stack, primarily Power BI. This role involves both data build and visualization from data structures in the ISMS ecosystem. The Analytics Data Build and Visualization Developer is expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy local and master data models for ISMS Analytics, including ETL pipelines.

Manage and tune query performance to achieve optimal model structure.

Create and monitor data quality dashboards and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.

Design and implement access models, including dynamic row-level security.

Collaborate on data sharing policies and integrations.

Design, develop, test, and deploy reports, dashboards, metrics, apps, and other analytics products.

Develop advanced analytics products (e.g., prescriptive models, sentiment analysis).

Work with Solutions Architects, product owners, and stakeholders on UI/UX and design best practices.

Facilitate demos, User Acceptance Testing, trainings, and hyper care.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in analytics with focus on data engineering and visualization, including at least 5 years using Microsoft Power BI.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in agile delivery projects.

Technical Knowledge

Experience developing AI components (advantage).

Knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and data lake.

Strong expertise in SQL, DAX, and Power Query M language.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.

Tools / Software

Proficiency in ADO.

Experience with enterprise GIS or open-source equivalents (advantage).

Certifications (Preferred)

Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate
