Location: ADB Office, Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time
Salary Range: PHP 100,000–105,000

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Statistical Modeling, and Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will develop AI-driven solutions, build scalable data pipelines, and create interactive Power BI dashboards to support data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and Generative AI applications.
Perform data analysis and statistical modeling to identify actionable insights.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and data requirements.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy through validation and quality checks.
Work with cloud platforms and data engineering tools to optimize data solutions.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and senior executives.
Participate in Agile teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence are an advantage.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science or related roles.
Hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and Generative AI.
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working with Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid setup: 3 days onsite per week at Ortigas, Pasig.
Working hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Manila Time.
Onsite attendance at the headquarters is mandatory whenever required by the business unit.
