Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to develop machine learning models, Generative AI applications, statistical models, and scalable data pipelines. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python, SQL, data engineering, cloud technologies, and data visualization, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and Generative AI applications.

• Perform data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends and generate actionable insights.

• Build, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business and data requirements.

• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through validation and quality checks.

• Communicate analytical findings and technical insights clearly to business stakeholders and senior executives.

• Stay updated on emerging data science, machine learning, Generative AI, and data visualization technologies.

• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in data science or a related role.

• Hands-on experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and Generative AI.

• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.

• Excellent English communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Ability to engage effectively with senior executives and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Advanced degrees or certifications in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence are an advantage.

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid setup, with 3 days onsite per week at the Ortigas, Pasig office.

• Day shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time.

• Must be willing to report to headquarters when required by the user unit.
