Job Title : Senior Finance SPR Business Analyst

Job Description : 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance SPR Business Analyst with strong business analysis and target operating model experience in banking, investment banking, or regulated financial services. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of front-to-back banking processes, investment banking products, finance operations, accounting, reporting, and control frameworks.

Location: Taguig, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week
Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Experience: 8–12 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Current-State Assessment
   Assess and document existing system flows, data requirements, finance processes, accounting and reporting activities, control frameworks, challenges, and improvement opportunities.

2. Target Operating Model & Gap Analysis
   Analyze process variations across products, desks, legal entities, and regions; apply the global target operating model; identify implementation gaps; and recommend appropriate standardization or local variations.

3. Requirements Documentation & Solution Design
   Translate business needs into clear, complete, and testable requirements, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications. Facilitate workshops and collaborate with architects, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.

4. UAT & Implementation Readiness
   Define and support UAT planning and execution, requirement validation, walkthroughs, demonstrations, traceability, and business readiness activities for transformation and implementation initiatives.

5. Risk, Issue & Delivery Management
   Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; escalate material gaps; and maintain operating procedures, go-live designs, training materials, and implementation readiness documentation.

Required Skills

1. Business Analysis & Target Operating Model – Strong experience in business analysis, operating model assessment, gap analysis, and process standardization within banking or regulated financial services.

2. Investment Banking & Front-to-Back Processes – Knowledge of investment banking products, transaction lifecycles, finance processes, accounting, reporting, and controls.

3. Requirements Gathering & Documentation – Proven ability to prepare user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and testable business requirements.

4. Transformation, Data Migration & Regulatory Change – Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs, data migration, regulatory initiatives, or legal-entity, product, desk, and regional rollouts.

5. UAT, Business Readiness & Stakeholder Management – Experience in UAT planning and execution, requirements traceability, RAID management, implementation readiness, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.

Qualification

• 8–12 years of overall professional experience, including substantial business analysis or operating model experience.

• Strong experience in banking, investment banking, or regulated financial services.

• Knowledge of investment banking products and transaction lifecycles.

• Experience with finance processes, accounting, reporting, and control frameworks.

• Proven experience documenting business requirements, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.

• Experience in large-scale transformation, data migration, or regulatory change is highly desirable.

• Exposure to UAT, traceability, RAID management, and implementation readiness.

• Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; candidates with a relevant degree are preferred.

• TOR and Diploma must be available on hand.
