Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Finance SPR Delivery Manager to lead complex Finance migration and banking transformation initiatives within a global investment bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Finance migration scopes.

• Develop integrated project plans, milestones, critical paths, and dependency maps.

• Coordinate Finance, Technology, Data, Operations, and programme stakeholders.

• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies (RAID), escalations, and recovery plans.

• Oversee testing governance, defect resolution, evidence collection, and formal sign-offs.

• Ensure implementation readiness, operational controls, and go-live preparedness.

• Facilitate workstream reviews, stand-ups, and executive steering meetings.

• Track deliverables and provide concise senior-stakeholder updates.
