We're Hiring: Senior Front-End / UI Developer (Adobe Experience Manager)

Location: Hybrid – Makati City

Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM)

Are you an experienced Senior Front-End / UI Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)? We're looking for a talented professional to build modern, responsive, and high-performing digital experiences for enterprise-level web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and scalable web interfaces for AEM-based websites and applications.

- Build reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and front-end libraries.

- Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and business requirements into high-quality user interfaces.

- Develop front-end solutions using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js.

- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, and AEM content structures.

- Support platform enhancements, production releases, migrations, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance.

- Troubleshoot browser compatibility, performance, accessibility, and AEM-related issues.

- Participate in code reviews and promote secure coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and global cross-functional teams.

- Help improve platform performance, maintainability, and component reusability.

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

- Strong experience in enterprise-level Front-End/UI development.

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Sites, Components, Templates, Dialogs, Content Structures, and Author/Publish Workflows.

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.

- Experience working with Vue.js.

- Experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services.

- Strong understanding of accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, UI/UX implementation, performance optimization, and debugging.

- Experience using Git and modern development workflows.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

- 7+ years of professional web development experience.

- Experience with AEM 6.5, AEM as a Cloud Service, Cloud Manager, Apache Sling, HTL/Sightly, OSGi, Dispatcher, and DAM.

- Experience with React or Angular is an advantage.

- Experience supporting enterprise, multi-region, or customer-facing web platforms.

- Familiarity with Java or .NET integration.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Azure DevOps or Jira.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, secure software delivery, and production deployments.

- Experience supporting digital marketing, retail, or customer-facing digital platforms.
