Hiring: Senior Network Engineer
Location: Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite, remaining days Work From Home)
Shift: Morning/Mid Shift
Experience: 10+ Years
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, monitor, and manage enterprise network infrastructure in a large-scale environment. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in network infrastructure deployment, application migration, enterprise networking, and operational support while working with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, monitor, and manage enterprise network infrastructure.
Execute end-to-end network infrastructure deployment and application migration projects.
Design and implement new network solutions while improving existing network performance.
Install, configure, and support network equipment including Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), routers, and switches.
Manage Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities for enterprise WAN/LAN and Security Infrastructure.
Handle critical network incidents involving multiple infrastructure platforms and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of production issues.
Support audits and ensure network security vulnerabilities are remediated.
Maintain network documentation including inventory, diagrams, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures.
Drive continuous service improvements and recommend solutions to improve network stability.
Provide technical leadership for system migration and integration projects.
Support global infrastructure projects while ensuring SLA compliance.
Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality customer support and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
College Graduate.
Minimum 10 years of practical experience in end-to-end network infrastructure deployment and project execution involving application migration.
Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise network solutions.
Proven experience working with multinational teams.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage risks and deliver mitigation plans.
Comfortable working in complex and fast-paced environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
Stable employment history (not a frequent job hopper).
Must not be a current or former employee of Wipro.
