Location: ADB Office, Ortigas, Pasig
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time

Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer – Ivalua with strong expertise in Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions, functional and technical configuration, integrations, and product release management.

The role will serve as an Ivalua SME, providing solution design guidance, configuration support, technical advisory, release coordination, and mentoring to development teams. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with Ivalua S2P modules, APIs, EAI/ETL, SQL, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and enterprise application environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ivalua Solution Design & SME Support
   Act as the Ivalua SME across the Source-to-Pay solution, providing advisory support on platform capabilities, best practices, design patterns, limitations, scalability, auditability, and compliance.

2. Ivalua Configuration & Integration
   Configure workflows, forms, data models, business rules, and integrations across Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing, including API, EAI, and ETL integrations.

3. Development & Solution Quality
   Support development teams with configuration enhancements, defect resolution, optimization, design reviews, configuration reviews, and defect triage while ensuring consistent Ivalua standards and solution quality.

4. Release Management & Deployment
   Support the complete release lifecycle, including release planning, readiness assessments, packaging, Go/No-Go reviews, deployment coordination, go-live, hypercare, and post-release stabilization with QA, Infrastructure, and Release Management teams.

5. Technical Leadership & Continuous Improvement
   Mentor team members, support Ivalua onboarding, maintain technical and functional documentation, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and identify opportunities to improve configuration, development, and release processes.

Required Skills

1. Ivalua Source-to-Pay & Functional Configuration – Strong hands-on experience implementing Ivalua S2P with expertise across Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracts, P2P, and Invoicing.

2. Ivalua Technical Configuration & Integration – Expertise in Ivalua technical configuration, APIs, EAI, ETL, microservices, and enterprise system integrations.

3. Advanced SQL & Database Technologies – Strong SQL capabilities with familiarity with Oracle relational databases, data models, application infrastructure, and multi-tier application concepts.

4. AI, Data Analytics & Application Technologies – Knowledge of AI/machine learning technologies, data analytics, data visualization, UI/UX principles, and modern application technologies.

5. DevOps, Agile & Release Management – Strong understanding of DevOps, Scrum, Agile methodologies, SDLC, product development, and enterprise release management.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• 5–10 years of professional experience in engineering/product development, supply chain systems, ERP technologies, or related enterprise solutions.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Ivalua Source-to-Pay solutions.

• At least 3 professional experiences in engineering/product development involving product release management.

• Ivalua L3 Certification in SRM, S2C, P2P, or Integration is required.

• Ivalua Project Release Manager Badge/Certification is required.

• Ivalua L3 SQL certification is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, system architecture, application infrastructure, and operating systems.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving abilities.
