Job Title: Senior Product Engineer – Ivalua

Location: ADB Office, Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Manila Time
Salary Range: PHP 100,000–105,000

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Engineer with strong expertise in Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation, functional and technical configuration, integrations, and product release management. The ideal candidate will act as an Ivalua Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring scalable solutions, successful deployments, and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Ivalua SME across Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions.
Configure Ivalua workflows, forms, data models, business rules, and integrations.
Lead solution design for Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing.
Manage technical configurations involving APIs, EAI, ETL, and advanced SQL.
Review solution designs, configurations, defects, and technical enhancements.
Support product release planning, readiness assessments, deployment, go-live, and hypercare.
Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and external vendor teams.
Ensure compliance, scalability, auditability, and maintainability of solutions.
Mentor team members and maintain technical documentation and configuration standards.
Identify opportunities to improve development processes, configuration management, and release delivery.

Required Technical Skills

Ivalua Functional Configuration
Ivalua Technical Configuration: API, EAI, ETL
Advanced SQL and Oracle databases
Ivalua Source-to-Pay implementation
APIs, microservices, and system integrations
AI and Machine Learning technologies
DevOps, Scrum, and Agile methodologies
Data analytics and visualization
UI/UX principles
SDLC, system architecture, and application infrastructure
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Required Experience and Certifications

5–10 years of professional experience in engineering, product development, ERP, or related technology solutions.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Ivalua Source-to-Pay solutions.
Experience managing product releases across at least 3 professional engineering/product development engagements.
Required: Ivalua L3 Certification in SRM, S2C, P2P, and Integration.
Required: Ivalua Project Release Manager Badge/Certification.
Preferred: Ivalua L3 SQL certification.
Strong English communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid setup with 3 days onsite per week at Ortigas, Pasig.
Working hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Manila Time.
Onsite attendance at headquarters is mandatory whenever required by the business unit.
