Senior Product Engineer

*Work Setup:* Hybrid (3x onsite per week)

*Shift:* Day Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

*Salary Range:* PHP 100,000 - 105,000

*Experience Required:* 5+ Years

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer to serve as the Ivalua Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) solution. The role will lead functional design, configuration, release management, and advisory support for S2P implementations.

*Required Technical Skill Set:*

- Ivalua Functional & Technical Configuration (API, EAI, ETL)

- Advanced SQL Capabilities

- AI, Machine Learning Technologies

- DevOps, Scrum, Agile

- Data Analytics, Data Browsing and Data Visualizations

- APIs and Microservices

- UI/UX Principles and Best Practices

*Education:*

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting or related discipline

*Experience & Qualifications:*

- At least 5-10 years professional experience in implementing supply chain systems, ERP systems with AI capabilities

- At least 5 years hands-on experience implementing Ivalua Source-to-Pay solution

- At least 3 professional experiences in engineering and product development managing product releases

- Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems

- Extensive experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

- Familiarity with Oracle relational databases and multi-tiered application concepts

- Extensive knowledge of SDLC

*Certifications:*

Required: Ivalua L3 Certification (SRM, S2C, P2P, Integration)

Required: Ivalua Project Release Manager Badge / Certification

Preferred: Ivalua L3 SQL

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Serve as Ivalua SME across S2P solution and provide advisory on best practices, capabilities and design patterns

- Validate solution designs to ensure alignment with business requirements and long-term maintainability

- Act as escalation point for complex functional or technical Ivalua issues

- Lead functional solution design for S2P modules: Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Requisition, Purchase Orders, Invoicing

- Configure workflows, forms, data models, business rules, and integrations

- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements

- Support development teams in defect resolution and optimization

- Coordinate development activities across internal and external vendors

- Support release management lifecycle including planning, readiness, deployment, Go/No-Go reviews, go-live and hypercare

- Provide mentoring and upskilling for team members new to Ivalua

- Maintain technical and functional documentation, standards, and build/deployment procedures
