WE'RE HIRING: SENIOR SERVICENOW PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Makati City
Work Setup: Hybrid
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Salary Package: ₱128,000–₱131,400/month
Experience: 10 years

Key Qualifications
- 10 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform administration or engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in platform configuration, upgrades, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security.
- Hands-on experience implementing SSO using SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Entra ID, endpoint management, security platforms, and observability tools.
- Knowledge of Java or similar object-oriented languages, ITIL processes, Azure fundamentals, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SAFe Agile experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain platform stability, security, and performance.
- Manage access controls, upgrades, integrations, and technical configurations.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and guide developers on technical designs.
