Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Solution Architect to design scalable, secure, and business-aligned technology solutions. You will translate enterprise needs into practical architecture and evaluate technology options while balancing business priorities, delivery objectives, supportability, security, and cost. Partnering with engineers, operations, and stakeholders, you will establish technical direction across complex landscapes.

Candidates must bring hands-on technical experience in cloud platforms; software, infrastructure, or automation engineering; CI/CD platforms (GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab); scripting (C, Python, PowerShell, Go); REST APIs; and Agile/DevOps practices to provide credible architectural guidance and build trust with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into practical architecture options, solution designs, and implementation guidance.

Lead architecture discussions, develop target-state architectures, transition strategies, and roadmaps.

Facilitate solution discovery, technical assessments, proofs-of-concept, and design workshops.

Identify risks, dependencies, technical debt, and operational impacts early in the delivery lifecycle.

Guide delivery teams through planning, implementation, and operational readiness to maintain architectural alignment.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, cloud/platform engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or automation.

Technical Breadth: Strong foundation across cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, integrations, and operational technologies (JSON, YAML, workflow automation).

Leadership & Delivery: Proven ability to design enterprise solutions, manage tradeoffs, and guide teams toward reliable, cost-effective outcomes.

Systems Thinking: Ability to analyze complex challenges, identify dependencies, and develop practical strategies.

Influence: Strong stakeholder communication and technical storytelling skills to drive committed outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
