Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to design scalable, secure, and cost-effective enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical experience, architecture expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical technology strategies while guiding cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  Design enterprise solutions aligned with business objectives, security requirements, and architecture standards.

  Lead architecture discussions, technical assessments, design workshops, and proof-of-concept activities.

  Evaluate technologies and recommend solutions based on scalability, cost, security, and operational sustainability.

  Develop target-state architectures, transition strategies, and implementation roadmaps.

  Identify technical risks, dependencies, and operational challenges early in the delivery lifecycle.

  Collaborate with engineering, cloud, DevOps, security, operations, product, and business teams.

  Guide implementation teams and ensure alignment with approved architecture.

  Promote automation, standardization, reusable solutions, and continuous improvement.

  Communicate architecture decisions and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
  
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  
  
  
  At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, cloud or platform engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, automation, database engineering, or related technical fields.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Proven experience designing or guiding enterprise technology solutions.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, APIs, systems integration, and automation.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Hands-on exposure to GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar engineering platforms.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Programming or scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, Go, C, or equivalent languages.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, YAML, CI/CD, Agile, SAFe, or DevOps practices.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Knowledge of security, identity management, resiliency, monitoring, incident management, and production support.
  
  
  
  
• 
  
  
  
  Strong architecture documentation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  Ability to evaluate technical tradeoffs and influence decisions across cross-functional teams.
