Senior Solution Architect

• Translate business requirements, technical constraints, and enterprise standards into solution architectures and implementation guidance.

• Lead architecture discussions and establish technical direction for complex business and technology initiatives.

• Evaluate technology options, assess trade-offs, and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Design scalable, secure, resilient, maintainable, and cost-effective technology solutions.

• Develop target-state architectures, transition strategies, solution roadmaps, and implementation plans.

• Identify technical risks, dependencies, technical debt, and operational impacts throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Facilitate architecture reviews, technical assessments, proof-of-concept activities, and design workshops.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, security, enterprise architecture, product, and business teams.

• Guide delivery teams through solution planning, design, implementation, and operational readiness.

• Communicate architecture decisions, recommendations, risks, and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Promote automation, standardization, simplification, reuse, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure solutions consider security, identity, resiliency, monitoring, incident management, lifecycle management, and operational supportability.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, automation, database engineering, or related technical disciplines.

• Demonstrated experience designing or guiding enterprise technology solutions in complex environments.

• Strong hands-on technical foundation across cloud platforms, software engineering, infrastructure, automation, integrations, or enterprise technologies.

• Experience with source control and CI/CD platforms such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Jenkins.

• Programming, scripting, or automation experience using Python, C, PowerShell, Go, or comparable languages.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, systems integration, workflow automation, JSON, YAML, or equivalent technologies.

• Understanding of security, identity, resiliency, observability, production support, and modern delivery practices.

• Experience translating business requirements into practical technical solutions and architecture roadmaps.

• Ability to evaluate alternatives, manage technical and operational risks, and document architecture decisions.

• Experience working in Agile, SAFe, DevOps, or similar delivery environments.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and guide technical decisions without relying on direct authority.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Makati, Philippines.
