Work Location: ADB Office Mandaluyong

Shift: Day shift (8am – 5pm)

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x reporting on site per week)

Salary range: 100,000

About the Role:

The Senior Solutions Engineer will lead the definition, design, delivery, and rollout of releases of ADB’s digital knowledge and records management systems,

SCOPE OF WORK/RESPONSIBILITY:

The role involves leading independent project teams or participating in major systems development projects as a principal member.

• Lead product delivery teams and participate as a principal member in major systems development projects,

following ADB’s product delivery lifecycle

• Design and oversee the solution architecture of Digital Knowledge Management systems, including their (Gen)AI components, content ingestion pipelines and integrations

• Ensure that Digital Knowledge and Records Management systems comply with ADB’s responsible AI framework

• Manage cloud-based systems in Azure or other leading cloud providers, setting up scalable and secure solutions.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other relevant

fields or related areas, preferably with Master’s Degree or equivalent.

• At least 8 years of experience implementing large-scale IT systems, including 2 to 3 years of experience in

team leadership for relatively big systems implementation projects. Additionally, at least 5 years of experience

in enterprise applications and 3 years of experience in team leadership for application systems development

projects. At least 4 years of supervisory experience is required .

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

• At least 2 years of experience delivering and maintaining M365 and SharePoint in large corporate settings, including hands-on experience.

• At least 2 years of experience developing SPFx solutions

• At least 4 years of experience delivering cloud systems in Azure (or AWS), including hands -on experience, including development of CI/CD pipelines.

• At least 4 years of experience in full stack development with common technologies, incl. React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, Python, HTML, Web services.

• Experience with delivering at least 1 GenAI system to production

• Experience implementing search engines, relevance ranking, and search engine optimization.

• Experience in developing and delivering mobile apps.

• Excellent ability in systems analysis and design, and in preparing functional and detailed specifications.

• Experience with and knowledge of Agile system development methodologies, product development, and the

use of associated productivity tools (Azure DevOps, SDLC).

• Experience with DataDog is preferred.

• Certifications in Secure Coding, Scrum, or DevOps will be a plus.
