Service Desk Team Leader | ₱62,900 Package + ₱20K Welcome Bonus | Cebu City (Onsite)
Shift: 24/7 Shifting Schedule (including weekends & holidays)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4–6 years of IT Service Desk experience
- 1–2 years of Team Lead/Supervisory experience in a BPO/ITO environment
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN, and remote support tools
- Strong understanding of ITIL concepts, incident management, and service desk processes
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
