Gratitude Inc. is a professional HR Tech Recruitment firm specializing in recruiting permanent, contract, and temporary positions for the world's top companies. Our base is in India, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Africa. We are a direct sourcing partner Company for various BPOs, offshore and onshore.
We have an ongoing hiring for a Service Desk Transformation Consultant| URGENT HIRING
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Setup: Hybrid (subject to business requirements)
Work Shift: Flexible to work in a 24/7 environment
Target Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications:
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably in IT.
• Experience in transformation and solutions for Service Desk accounts.
• Female candidates only; male candidates are not allowed at this time. Any male submissions will be automatically rejected.
• At least 6–8 years of experience in an IT Service Desk.
• Prior consulting and automation experience is required.
• Presales/solution experience is a plus.
• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) models, Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and other AI frameworks is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• BPO experience is required.
