Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture to join our team in Cebu. In this role, you will design, build, and configure applications that meet complex business and technical requirements. You will act as a subject matter expert, lead technical decisions, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions while mentoring others and driving best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture.
Design, develop, and configure applications aligned with business processes.
Lead technical decision-making and guide the development team.
Collaborate across multiple teams to solve complex technical challenges.
Troubleshoot issues, perform system integration, and support data migration.
Ensure timely project delivery and adherence to development best practices.
Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentoring, and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications & Must-Haves

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture.
Strong background in application development methodologies and programming.
Experience in system integration, data migration, and technical troubleshooting.
Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively across teams.
Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines (local or valid work visa).
Must not have any recent or active application with Accenture.
Must demonstrate stable employment history (no job-hopping under 1 year per company).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in PLM Customization.
Background in manufacturing, engineering, or product lifecycle management domains.
