Job Title

Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Location : Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days WFH | 3 Days RTO)
Shift: Night Shift

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics (KQL), ServiceNow Event Management, Grafana, and Application Performance Monitoring (APM). You will be responsible for designing monitoring standards, improving platform reliability, reducing alert noise, automating operational processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and availability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Monitoring, or Observability.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Azure Application Insights (KQL), and ServiceNow Event Management.
Strong knowledge of Azure Log Analytics, Telemetry, and Application Performance Monitoring (APM).
Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, and ThousandEyes.
Good understanding of WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, PKI, and Network Security.
Experience with ITSM processes and ServiceNow.
Familiarity with SLO/SLI platforms such as Nobl9.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must not be a current or former Wipro employee.
Stable employment history (No job hoppers).
