The SOC L2 (Security Operations Center Level 2) role is responsible for monitoring and investigating security alerts, analyzing suspicious activities, and responding to cybersecurity incidents. The role involves performing advanced threat analysis, incident investigation, log analysis, and escalation of complex security issues. The SOC L2 analyst also works with SIEM, EDR, and other security tools to identify threats, support incident response, and improve overall security monitoring.
