Be part of a Pioneer Banking & Finance account as a Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Representative! We're looking for experienced bilingual professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers with mortgage-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support in both Spanish and English through voice channels.
Assist customers with mortgage products, loan information, account inquiries, payments, and document submissions.
Guide customers in using online platforms and self-service tools.
Accurately document customer interactions using CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely issue resolution.
Deliver high-quality service while complying with company policies and industry regulations.
Work Setup:
Onsite – Bridgetowne, Quezon City
Pioneer Account
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of BPO experience handling Spanish voice support (required).
At least a High School/Grade 12 graduate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Experience in banking, financial services, or mortgage support is an advantage.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
