Description

Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and share feedback.
Participate in training and development programs to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Open for a Bachelor's degree or 2 years in College without any back subjects
Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of Spanish Representative experience
Skills and Competencies: Bilingual skills in Spanish and English
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish

• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications

Required BPO experience of at least a year
Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
Working Conditions: Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Headcount: 6
Work Shift: Night shift
Work set up: On-site in BGC Taguig
Salary: 50K-65K
