Job Description
We are looking for Spanish-speaking Technical Support Representatives (TSR) to join our team in Taguig. The role requires strong Spanish and English communication skills, along with BPO technical support experience.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of BPO experience, preferably in a Technical Support Representative (TSR) role.
Minimum 1 year of TSR background is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of college education, with no back subjects.
Strong Spanish and English communication skills.
Open to non-native Spanish speakers (Filipinos) only.
Willing to work onsite in Taguig.
Willing to work on shifting and night shift schedules.
Available to start ASAP.
Prescreening Requirements
BPO Experience: At least 6 months BPO TSR experience.
Relevant Experience: At least 1 year TSR background.
Educational Attainment: Minimum 2 years in college.
