HIRING: Strategic Growth Initiatives Counsel – Associate Manager

Join a dynamic legal team supporting AI, Data & emerging technology initiatives! Work closely with business and legal teams on innovative products and go-to-market strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Advise on AI, Data & software offerings
• Review SaaS, software licensing & AI-related contracts
• Support product counsel, M&A evaluations & legal research
• Monitor emerging AI/technology regulations
• Develop playbooks, processes & guidance materials
• Partner with global legal, contracting, privacy & IP teams

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• Law degree + admission to practice
• 5+ years corporate/law firm experience
• Relevant AI, software & non-transactional legal experience
• Knowledge of SaaS, software licensing & AI contracts
• Strong commercial, analytical & stakeholder skills
• Excellent English communication
• Able to work with US time zones
