We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA - Surgery Coder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant coding for surgical procedures, reviewing medical documentation, and maintaining the highest quality standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality assurance reviews on surgical coding to ensure accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.

Review and analyze medical records and surgical documentation to assign appropriate codes.

Ensure adherence to coding policies, procedures, and payer-specific requirements.

Identify discrepancies and provide feedback to improve coding accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve coding issues.

Maintain updated knowledge of coding regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree (required)

•2–3 years of prior experience in Surgery Coding (required)

•PHRN license (required)

•Minimum of 2 years BPO experience (required; candidates without BPO experience will be automatically rejected)
