Designation/ Role: Lead (Talent Acquisition)

Department: HR

Work Timing: Flexible

Work set-up: Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig

Qualifications: Any Graduate / PB (MBA Preferred)

Salary: Up to 55K (Depending on work experience)

Skills:

Talent Acquisition or similar roles

Expertise in social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks

Full-cycle recruiting, interview techniques, and evaluation methods

Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems

Proficiency in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive candidate sourcing

Experience:

Minimum 7+ Years of experience

Lead or AM experience in Talent Acquisition

Experience in either Volume hiring or healthcare

Job Responsibilities:

Input into overall hiring strategy

Ensure staffing needs are met with a long-term talent strategy

Devise and implement sourcing strategies

Create end-to-end candidate hiring processes

Form close relationships with hiring managers

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

Coordinate with hiring managers

Determine selection criteria

Source applicants through online channels

Create job descriptions and interview questions

Identify and refine suitable talent

Plan interview and selection procedures

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

Keep records of all materials used for recruitment
