Job Summary

We are looking for a Training Content Designer with a strong background in Instructional Design, e-learning development, and Articulate 360. The role will focus on developing effective training curriculum and learning materials for general workforce and functional/technical audiences.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand learning needs, collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders, develop engaging e-learning content, and ensure training deliverables meet required timelines, quality, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze employee learning needs and identify appropriate training and development requirements.
Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to develop and improve course content.
Design and develop training curriculum, learning materials, and e-learning modules.
Develop computer-based training and digital learning content as required.
Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training activities.
Provide instructional guidance and support to trainers.
Facilitate or support training during the introduction of new courses when required.
Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate training and development effectiveness.
Review learning content and make improvements based on learner and business requirements.
Work within defined timelines, cost, and quality expectations.
Adapt training deliverables to changing business and learning requirements.
Ensure training materials and processes comply with relevant professional standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors when required for training content development or delivery.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Training Content Design or Instructional Design.
Strong background in Instructional Design.
Hands-on experience with Articulate 360.
Knowledge and practical experience in e-learning development.
Experience developing digital learning modules and training materials.
Ability to analyze learning requirements and translate them into effective learning content.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver work within agreed timelines.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with SMEs, trainers, and business stakeholders.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Experience with Articulate 360.
Instructional Design background.
Knowledge and experience in e-learning development.
Portfolio is mandatory and must be submitted together with the candidate's CV/profile.
