- Handle customer inquiries for Telco, Consumer Electronics, and Travel accounts

- Provide exceptional customer support via blended voice and non-voice channels

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service

*Qualifications:*

- Open to HS, SHS, ALS, Vocational, and College Level

- At least 1 year of BPO experience in blended voice / non-voice support required

- Excellent English communication skills - C1 level in written and verbal

- Willing to work on shifting schedules - Morning, Mid, and Graveyard shifts

- Willing to work onsite at HM Tower, W. Geonzon St., Cebu City
