RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the daily operations of the coding and auditing team, ensuring smooth workflow and service delivery
Ensure the team consistently meets 100% productivity and quality targets in alignment with client expectations
Effectively manage team utilization by analyzing workload, attendance, and attrition trends
Proactively identify performance gaps through data analysis and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven expertise in Emergency Department (ED) Facility, Surgery, and Observation Coding(required)
Minimum of 3–4 years of hands-on experience in a medical coding role
At least 1 year of leadership experience as a Team Lead in a similar coding process
Minimum of 2 years BPO experience is required (candidates without BPO experience will be automatically rejected).
