Qualifications:
- Strong customer service background in the BPO industry
- At least one year of experience handling a Life Insurance account is required
- At least two years of solid Team Lead experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Currently employed or is already rendering with the current company
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Manage and oversee team activities, ensuring everyone meets the company and client’s performance standards
- Capable of doing Business Reviews
- Capable of conducting data analysis (RCA) ad reporting on the results
- Willingness to work onsite (BGC, Taguig) and in rotational shifts
