Job title: Team Lead

Nature of Account: Healthcare

Type of Support: Voice

Work set up: Onsite in Cebu IT Park

Work shift: Night Shift

Salary: up to 35k-40k (depending on the length of tenure as a team lead)

Start date: ASAP

Qualifications:

• Must College Graduate, strictly no undergraduates

• 2+ years experience as Team Lead is required

• Must have a Healthcare experience in BPO

With Insurance background, claims processing, US benefits

• Amenable to start immediately and on-site in Cebu City

• Must not currently or formerly be an employee of Wipro

• Job hoppers who change jobs frequently in less than a year should be rejected.
