Job title: Team Lead

Account: Travel Sales

Type of Support: Voice

Work set up: 100% onsite at 18th floor, Central Bloc, Cebu IT Park

Work shift: Shifting

Salary: up to 34k package but open for salary negotiation

Start date: ASAP

Qualifications:

• Must be a College Graduate or undergraduates completed 2 years in College

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead in the sales LOB in a BPO is required.

• Amenable to start immediately and on-site in Cebu City

• Must not currently or formerly be an employee of Wipro

• Job hoppers who change jobs frequently in less than a year should be rejected.

Identifiers for sales:

• quota-based KPIs

• understanding of closing techniques, handling objections, and adherence to sales scripts

Recruitment Process:

• Validation and screening interview with CV Reviewer

• Initial Interview: HRI (Human Resource Interview with the client)

• Operations Interview: MS Teams
