Job title: Team Leader
Account: e-Commerce Social Media
Salary Package: up to 40-50k combination of Basic Pay and Non-Taxable Allowance with 10% monthly incentives upon regularization.
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (Ortigas Center, Pasig City)
Start Date/s: July 1, 2024

Qualifications:
• Completed 2 years in College (No Back Subjects).
• 3 years or more of experience in a BPO setup.
• 2 years or more of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO setup.
• 1 year of experience with E-Commerce Accounts or…
• Knowledgeable in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) Market.
• Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
• Experienced in handling a team with at least 15 or more headcounts.
