Qualifications
- At least 6 months Call Center Experience
- High School / Senior High School Graduate
- Good communication skills in English
- Willing to work onsite in Angeles, Pampanga
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting customer issues
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and internet connectivity concerns
- Meet quality and performance targets
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
