Job Title: Senior Technical Solutions Architect – Scrum Master
Work Location: Mandaluyong
Shift: Day shift (8 AM – 5 PM)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x onsite per week)
Salary Range: ₱130,000 – ₱140,000
About the Role
The Technical Solutions Architect – Scrum Master will be accountable for both designing technical solutions and facilitating agile team processes. As a Solutions Architect, he/she is expected to define an optimal architecture plan of systems to meet business requirements while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. As a Scrum Master, he/she will guide the team through agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This combined role demands strong leadership skills to bridge technical strategy with team execution, ensuring that delivered solutions are technically sound and efficiently developed through agile practices.
Scope of Work / Responsibilities

Develop agile implementation strategies considering deliverables, resources, team dynamics, and timelines.

Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, release planning, and retrospectives.

Serve as primary problem solver for project delivery and platform-related issues.

Manage scrum artifacts such as product backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO).

Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, product owners, and development leads.

Ensure overall quality of deliverables.

Mentor project team on agile principles and best practices.

Maintain all technical and business documentation, including architecture blueprints, testing documentation, security documents, disaster recovery plans, training and communication plans, deployment plans, and software engineering standards.

Lead end-to-end solution design, providing innovative strategies while adhering to standards.

Implement project governance frameworks including coding standards, UI/UX uniformity, solution standardization, and security standards.

Guide development team in creating new solutions and improving existing ones.

Organize use of DevOps and CI/CD frameworks to optimize development lifecycle.

Lead development of Proof-of-Concept (POC) solutions.

Champion prescribed technology stack while staying open to emerging technologies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Work Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in digital transformation and system design, with at least 8 years using Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 in solutions architecture.

Minimum of 3 years performing dual roles as Solutions Architect and Scrum Master in an agile delivery setting.
Technical Knowledge
-
Experience implementing AI components.
Soft Skills
-
Project management skills, excellent communication, strong work ethic, people management skills.
Tools / Software
-
Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO).

Experience with enterprise GIS or open-source equivalents (advantage).

Knowledge of ITIL V4 (certification is an advantage).
Certifications (Preferred)

Agile Project Management certification (advantage).

Power Platform Solution Architect, Power Platform RPA Developer, or Power Platform Functional Consultant (preferred).
